Check in time of the hotel is 12:00 AM, early check in shall be considered against availability of the room / special request. Checkout time will be 10.00 AM.
The Hotel reserves the right to close swimming pool for usage during maintenance tasks or any unforeseen repair works.
The usage of swimming pool shall be entirely the guest responsibility. There is no lifeguard at the pool.
In case of any unfortunate accident to the guest or group members in the hotel premises including swimming pool, the hotel shall be not held responsible in any circumstance.
In case of Power failure / AC or any other equipment not working, the hotel shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund shall be made.
In case of any damage to any hotel property by the guest is found, the same shall be charged to the guest at actual before the check out in cash only. Loss of Room Key will be Rs. 200 per key, so guests are advised to take proper care.
The hotel reserves the rights to cancel the booking /stay, in case the guest is found to be creating nuisance / disturbance to other guest/ not complying the rules and stay policies of hotel. In such circumstance, the Hotel shall retain the entire payment of stay and no refund shall be made whatsoever.
To avoid mosquitoes please keep the windows /doors closed between 6PM to 6AM, kindly switch off the Electrical switches/ Geyser/Gas when leaving the room or not in use.
Booking amount is 30% of the total amount.
Cancellation amount is 30% of the total amount. Balance payment to be done during hotel check in. In case the guest do not turn up during 1st day and there is no information given about the expected day of arrival, resort management holds the right to cancel the booking.
It is presumed that the guest has read and understood all the terms & conditions before check in.
